This advanced financial Services organisation based near Northampton; Northamptonshire are looking to add a Senior Project Manager to manage and delivery workstreams and projects throughout the change lifecycle. Ideally, the Senior Project Manager will have extensive experience operating throughout the full development life cycle, ideally within financial services industry & have experience with digital transformation projects. You will have worked across multiple methodologies including Waterfall, Agile & DevOps and have certifications preferably in ISEB, Lean, Prince 2, CBAP or Six Sigma.
Core experience for this Senior Project Manager role:
- Must be a Senior PM for 5+ years across full project lifecycle, within Financial Services is essential for this role.
- Experience working with projects over £5m within banking and helped to manage a team.
- Experience with Digital Transformation projects and dealing with UX, Developers, PM’s etc.
- Strong experience with Product Implementation and full project life cycle ownership.
- Experience dealing with senior stakeholders and working in agile environments.
- Experience delivering Operational Design (Business-Processes), process re-engineering and supporting business-change projects.
- Project Management qualification (i.e., Prince II) is highly desirable.
The Senior Project Manager will work with the business to understand what through and resolve problems and be able to challenge the stakeholder in the right way.
