The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, particularly in digital environments, and possess excellent technical knowledge to effectively manage and coordinate Digital Projects from inception to completion.

Role and Responsibilities
Project Planning and Execution:
- Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
- Coordinate project activities, resources, and tasks to meet project objectives and deadlines.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement appropriate mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
Technical Expertise:
- Possess a deep understanding of digital technologies, including web development, mobile applications, e-commerce platforms, and content management systems.
- Provide technical guidance and support to project teams, including developers, designers, and other stakeholders.
- Evaluate technical requirements and feasibility and make recommendations for optimal solutions.
Stakeholder Communication:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams, providing regular project updates, resolving issues, and managing expectations.
- Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to review project status, discuss priorities, and gather feedback.
- Ensure clear and effective communication channels are established and maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
Quality Assurance and Testing:
- Develop and implement quality assurance processes to ensure deliverables meet project requirements and industry standards.
- Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and feedback collection and oversee resolution of identified issues.
Team Leadership and Collaboration:
- Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities appropriately and provide guidance and support to team members as needed.
- Facilitate team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and knowledge sharing activities.
Essential Skills:
- Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager.
- Strong technical background.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello etc.).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise effectively.
Desirable Skills:
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is a plus.
- Digital agency experience.
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field or equivalent demonstrable experience.
- Experience managing offshore teams.
- Hands-on experience in web development, software engineering, or related fields.
