Based in Cosham, Portsmouth

Monday - Friday 8.00 am - 4.00 pm

Our busy, well-established client is looking for a Administrator to join their busy team. In this role you would be supporting one of their teams with general administration duties.

List of Key responsibilities:

• Managing engineering rotas
• Manipulating data in Excel
• Maintaining accuracy of resource information
• Running daily reports
• General administration duties
• Interaction with Operational staff and Stakeholders

What you'll need

• The successful candidate will need to display flexibility to cover various roles within the Team
• Be proficient in Microsoft packages
• Have an eye for detail
• Be self- motivated and well organised
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
