Our client is a leading engineering and maintenance provider, supporting customers across the chemical & petrochemical, nuclear, oil & gas, pharmaceuticals & biopharma, power & energy, utilities, renewables and food & beverage markets and they are looking for a Site Administrator to join them on a permanent basis in the Southampton area.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for administration of recruitment, submitting recruiting requests and maintaining requests
- Responsible for administration of scaffolding department documentation
- Responsible for administration of health and safety documentation
- General site administration duties supporting and coordinating busy departments within a large site, uploading documents, maintaining records and providing administration support where required
Qualifications & Experience
- Computer Skills: MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word
