Receptionist /Site Administrator

To offer administration support within the business where necessary and as directed.

• Providing a positive first point of contact for visitors to the reception and on the switchboard. Greeting visitors and issuing visitor passes / badges
• Communicate in a professional manner with all levels of staff and visitors.
• Managing use of meeting rooms
• Provide an administrative support as and when required, word, excel and powerpoint, to office manager
• Arrange travel, hotel accommodation, conferences and working lunches
• Management of the allocated car parking spaces at the Borehamwood site.

Skills:

• Computer literacy including a detailed knowledge of Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
• Organisational, prioritisation and communication skills.
• Ability to Work under pressure and to deadlines, on own initiative.
• Ability to provide information to a high degree of accuracy.
• Confident and courteous telephone manner.
• Must be able to maintain confidentiality

• Excellent telephone manner.
• Educated to O/GSCE Level standard or equivalent including English and Maths
