SalaryH9 Technical are working with a engineering and construction company who require a Site Administrator to work at their site in Winchester.
Responsibilities
- Supports with Administration & HR issues, related to the Site.
- Provides secretarial/administrative support in the running of the day-to-day activities of the Site.
- Prepare documentation for site inspections.
- Partake in site meetings with the clients and ensure the project is up to date in terms of documentation.
- Manages and maintain site's filing system.
- Manages Site's outgoing and incoming mails.
Qualifications and Skills:
- NVQ 3 or similar qualification in Administration
- Advanced user of Microsoft including Excel and Word.
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Prior experience with SAP ERP Software is considered a plus.
