Elite HR is delighted to be supporting a long-standing client resourcing for an experienced, passionate HRBP with expertise in employment law and complex ER cases to join a well-established expanding organisation as part of the wider HR team. The successful candidate with be CIPD Level 5 qualified ideally including the Employment Law module and can interact at all levels providing advice and guidance on ER issues at pace. Ideally you will have manufacturing experience (however this is not essential).
Key Responsibilities:
- Ability to showcase your expert knowledge of employment law and complex ER cases (including TUPE), with demonstrable experience managing a complex case load.
- Write legally compliant, easily readable company policies, processes, and associated documentation and to train these out to the business.
- Demonstrate the ability to work within a team, sharing knowledge, and supporting each other to achieve HR objectives.
- Responsible for excellent stakeholder engagement skills, including the ability to manage key relationships and influence outcomes when/where needed.
- Demonstrate great interpersonal skills and be able to adapt your style and approach to meet the needs of your stakeholders.
- Manufacturing and / or construction industry experience would be useful but is not essential.
You will need to have the flexibility to travel to various parts of the business when required, including overnight stays. For this reason, you will need to have a full UK driving licence.
