Our client is looking for an administrator to assist with its busy workload on civil engineering projects.

The business carries out road improvement and maintenance works and are looking to hire an administrator who will be required to visit a number of sites across Bournemouth and Southampton.

Suitable candidates must have a clean driving license and ideally have experience of working in a similar industry such as construction, waste or manufacturing.

Good IT skills and confident personality will help when visiting different construction sites to support the site management team with administration duties.

Key duties:

• Carry out weekly visits to sites across Dorset and Hampshire (Vehicle provided)
• Ensure all site paperwork is collected and scanned on the internal management software
• Liaise with site teams and collate all site records to ensure sites remain compliant.
• Support the commercial team and site management with ad hoc administrative duties

Required to start on 17th June initially on a contract basis with the option for a permanent position
