You'll work closely with C-Suite leaders across the organisation on a legacy CRM project, where you'll be responsible for implementing and maintaining processes, practices, and ways of working in an effort to streamline project execution.The Senior Project Manager will be in charge of budget and timeline management, and will be accountable for achieving project milestones inline with the organisations expectations.As the sole PM, you'll be in a highly visable (and incredibly rewarding) role, making a real difference across the business and wider community!Please note - While the extension of this FTC is not guaranteed, there is potential for the role to continue beyond the initial 12 month period.Required Experience:4+ years' experience working as an IT Project ManagerExperience with Digital Transformations across Public Sector or NFP is highly desirableCRM migration experience is highly desirableProcurement and adoption of CRM systemsAbility to liaise with C-Suite and lead from the frontPrince2, Agile, or Scrum certification is highly desirableExcellent communication skillsThe Package:⭐ Salary range: £49,000-£57,000 per annum⭐ 26 days holiday + bank holidays⭐ Flexible working options⭐ Option to continue an NHS pension (if applicable)Working Set-Up:This is a hybrid role where on average you'll be required in the office 1-2 times per week.
