Job Description
The Role:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the selection and implementation of a CRM solution including the development of a business case, which clearly outlines objectives, benefits, risks, and ROI. The successful applicant will be proficient at senior stakeholder management and have a track record in securing funding for strategic projects.
This role will have a profound impact on enhancing our relationships with patients and internal stakeholders by implementing a system that is seamlessly integrated with our existing IT and digital systems.
What you will be doing:
Establishing an expert project team made up of technical, clinical, operational and corporate stakeholders
Managing time, cost and quality constraints as laid out in the approved business case using escalation routes to manage challenges as they arise
Using project management tools and techniques to ensure a positive and successful outcome for clinical and operational teams
Managing a varied group of internal and external stakeholders
Directing activities of all Ramsay resources assigned to the project
Owning and managing the Project plan and RAIDs
Developing realistic project plans in conjunction with supplier(s) and internal customers
Developing appropriate deployment approach/sequence for multiple sites (located throughout England) in conjunction with operational sponsors, and in alignment with other change programmes
Managing dependencies on any shared resource teams, e.g. Architecture, Infrastructure, Integration as required

Proven experience in managing technology projects end-to-end in a structured environment. You are likely to be entrepreneurial in spirit and energised by the challenges that projects face. A keen eye for detail and enthusiasm for seeking, developing and delivering solutions that improve the patient, consultant, and clinical teams experience in receiving or delivering world class care.
