The Role:

As a Senior Project Manager, you will be at the forefront of our high-end residential division, overseeing projects that redefine luxury living. Your role will involve:

• Leading projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the exceptional standards our clients expect.
• Working closely with clients, architects, and contractors to deliver bespoke residential projects, with a particular focus on the use of natural stone to enhance luxury finishes.
• Ensuring seamless communication across project teams, fostering a collaborative environment that drives project success.
• Managing project risks, schedules, and budgets, ensuring the highest levels of efficiency and effectiveness in project delivery.
• Although based in Manchester, your expertise may occasionally be called upon to oversee projects elsewhere in the North, ensuring our commitment to excellence is upheld across all sites.

The Senior Project Manager:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A proven track record of managing high-end residential projects, with a portfolio that demonstrates your ability to deliver luxury living spaces.
• Experience in working with natural stone and understanding its application in high-end finishes is highly desirable.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, capable of motivating teams and managing stakeholders at all levels.
• A construction-related qualification, underpinned by at least 6 years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
• Flexibility to travel within the North when required, though this will not be a frequent aspect of the role.
