You will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Roles and Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Execution:
- Develop and execute project plans, ensuring alignment with client expectations and project goals.
- Oversee all aspects of construction projects from initiation to completion.
Team Leadership:
- Lead and motivate project teams, ensuring collaboration and effective communication.
- Manage and coordinate the efforts of architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.
Budget and Resource Management:
- Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring financial goals are met.
- Allocate and optimize resources to achieve project objectives.
Quality Control:
- Implement and maintain quality control processes to meet industry standards and client expectations.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure workmanship and materials meet project specifications.
Client Relations:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project progress.
- Address client concerns promptly and maintain positive client relationships.
Risk Management:
- Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager.
- Extensive Marine or Civils experience
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
