Our preference is for the job holder to be based in London so that they can follow our preferred hybrid working model of working remotely while also being able to work an average of three days per week from our office in central London.
We are seeking a Senior Agile Coach to work with our Data Platforms team in a global payments FinTech company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile methodologies and a deep understanding of data platforms, analytics and enterprise data consolidation, including big data and cloud technologies.
Responsibilities
- Work with the Data Platforms team to implement Agile methodologies and best practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements and coach them in the expected mindsets and behaviours.
- Plan and lead Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.
- Work with stakeholders to ensure alignment to business objectives and priorities.
- Provide guidance and support to the Data Platforms team to increase their delivery maturity.
- Develop and deliver training programs to help team members adopt Agile methodologies and best practices.
- Monitor and report on the team's progress, identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations for changes as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree educated.
- 3+ years of experience in Agile methodologies, including Scrum and/or Kanban.
- 3+ years of experience as a coach/transformation advisor at an enterprise level.
- Strong knowledge of data platforms, including big data and cloud technologies.
- Familiarity with Agile tools, such as Jira and Confluence.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- CSM or PSM certified
