Do you like working with communities? Always Community is offering an exciting and engaging opportunity to support our grassroots Cohesive Communities project as a part time Project Coordinator enhancing and supporting diverse community engagment in Nottingham.
Working 2.5 hours a week, work will include grassroots community outreach establishing and supporting small Connected Communities events and volunteer placements across the city with small community groups and voluntary organisations .
Important to this role is pride in your work, a proactive approach and the ability to communicate with and engage a diverse range of people. You will be able to effectively balance your commitment to this project with good practice boundaries, an ability to work independently, the ability to work flexible hours if required and good time management and organisational skills. The post holder will be largely home based undertaking outreach and attending meetings in Nottingham as required. Hybrid working from the Nottingham office may be required once a permanent base has been established.
