Senior Property Manager

We’re looking for a Senior Property Manager / Senior Block Manager with great relationship building skills to join a leading Block Management company in London.

This position is home-based with an office visit once or twice a month. The office is in East London.

Your role as their new Senior Property Manager will be to manage a portfolio of leasehold developments. Your role will therefore include preparing and managing budgets, overseeing any repair works and coordinating contractors, liaising with owners and tenants, answering any day-to-day queries and generally ensuring the smooth, efficient and safe running of the developments within your portfolio.

You’ll be supported in your role by the diverse teams across the business, from health & safety to accounts, all aimed at equipping you with the knowledge and tools to manage the portfolio successfully.
