Salary: Up to £55,000
Location: City of London - Mayfair
I have just taken on a recruitment assignment with a real estate company, who are looking to hire an experienced block manager to join their successful and sociable team.
You will have the opportunity to work in a small team that will be dedicated to servicing a Central London portfolio of High end Residential Buildings of between 8-10 blocks consisting of 150 Units.
Your role will also include:
Oversee major works projects and manage the section 20 process
Maintenance of the buildings and communal areas
Liaising with contractors regarding general maintenance
Site visits to ensure good building condition
Maintaining health and safety regulations and legislation
Producing and managing service charge budgets across the portfolio
Chairing AGM's for your residents
***Experience in Block Property or Commercial Management is essential***
