Your responsibilities will include conducting midterm inspections, managing notices, addressing deposit dilapidations, and promptly resolving maintenance issues.

Skills & Experience
- Minimum 2 years' experience in Property Management.
- ARLA qualified OR willing to pursue qualification with company support.
- Experience in conducting property inspections.
- Proficiency in managing notices and addressing deposit processes.
- Ability to promptly assist in resolving maintenance issues.
- Collaborative mindset, able to work closely with a dynamic team.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
- Customer service-oriented with a keen eye for procedures.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Eagerness to learn Property Management Legislation.
- Full UK driving license.
Hours of Work
- Monday to Friday
- Either from 9:00am - 5:30pm OR 9:30am - 6:00pm.
