Senior Quality Manager

LSR is working with an innovative Start-Up, backed by some of the UK's most honorary and passionate entrepreneurs and investors. They're now looking to provide various solutions and treatments to different markets, ranging from infectious diseases to neurological disorders hire an experienced Quality & Compliance Manager to ensure that all laboratory products and services meet regulatory standards as well as overall laboratory operations.

This role would require someone that is able to provide additional assurance to key stakeholders in the R&D team as well as commercial and technical management. Evaluating documentation whilst leading the development of all quality systems and liaising with regulatory advisors.

Key responsibilities:

• Implement and maintain quality systems
• Report and assemble all laboratory test data for compliance performance
• Assisting staff to ensure the fulfillment of professional development
• Ensuring the company meets all regulatory and quality standards

Key qualifications and experience:

• Bachelor's in Science - fields of Biology, Biochemistry, Biomedical, Chemistry, Chemical engineering and/or genetics
• 5+ years experience in working in a laboratory environment
• Strong experience in managing and preparing SOPs, product & service specifications
• Professional qualifications in a Quality discipline such as specific training, or auditing skills against a relevant related ISO standard (including for example ISO 9001 ISO15189, ISO17025, ISO13485, ISO22870, ISO27000)
