The Role
We are seeking a number of Quantity Surveyors and Senior Quantity Surveyors for a growing construction company in Leeds. As the successful candidate you’ll be working on a number of projects across the UK, you’ll need to flexible to travel to sites as and when required. This would be fully expensed by the company.
The Company
This company is a growing main contractor based in Leeds with projects across the UK. Projects range across commercial, industrial, and residential, with values between £500k to £15million.
The role will require
- Cost forecasting
- Finial accounts
- Negotiation of subcontract costs
- CVR reports
- Risk management
- Contractual compliance
- Mentor junior members of the team
- Assist site teams with daily commercial matters
Desired Skills & Qualifications
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or similar
- JCT contract knowledge
- UK driving licence
