Form of workWe're looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our Building Solutions Team based in Hull.
Location: Hull - hybrid working available with Travel to offices and sites as required
Contract: Permanent, Fixed term contract – 12 months
What will you be responsible for?
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you'll be working within the Building Solutions Team, supporting them in various projects and areas .
Your day to day will include:
- Regular financial reporting; processing and administration of applications for payment upstream and downstream and managing relationships with the Client and the appointed professional team.
- Collaborative working with all external and internal stakeholders will be crucial, including mentoring/managing an Assistant Quantity Surveyor or Quantity Surveyor to contribute to the growth of the hub
- Working on a portfolio of projects predominately in the civils industry
What are we looking for?
This role of Senior Quantity Surveyor is great for you if:
- Demonstrate general construction knowledge
- Ideally from a civils background
- Have Experience of delivering projects under NEC and JCT Forms of Contract
- Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying
