WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Manage financial and contractual aspects of Company projects, ensuring high-quality quantity surveying duties and maximizing Company's contractual and monetary entitlement. This will be for a £124m housing project.
Responsibilities:
- Uphold SHEQ standards, operating processes, and policies.
- Act professionally to enhance Company reputation.
Pre-contract:
- Assist in tender preparation.
- Analyze tender quotations and report to estimator.
Project Delivery:
- Ensure clear understanding of bid allowances and strategy.
- Collaborate with project team for successful project delivery.
- Provide contractual and valuation advice to management.
Procurement:
- Develop and implement project procurement strategy.
- Chair subcontract interview meetings.
- Negotiate subcontract packages for favorable outcomes.
Main Contract:
- Provide monthly reports to customers.
- Maintain relationships with stakeholders.
- Prepare and agree on project valuations and final accounts.
Subcontract:
- Prepare and negotiate interim valuations and final accounts.
- Inform Commercial Manager of possible subcontractor claims.
WHAT TO LOOK FORWARD TO
- A basic salary of circa £75,000 - £95,000
