Our client is a leading property developer with a strong reputation for building high-quality homes and providing exceptional customer service. They are looking for a Senior Surveyor to join their team in Letchworth.
As a Senior Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing the financial administration of the procurement and payment of subcontractors and other similar bodies operating on company developments. You will ensure that the company achieves value for money and provide regular updates on the financial performance of each site.
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- A degree in Quantity Surveying.
- Relevant work experience with a property developer or house builder.
- Excellent IT skills, including good working knowledge of MS Excel and spreadsheets.
- Excellent numerical skills and an understanding of financial administration.
- An analytical mind and methodical approach
