Salary: £55,000 - £75,000 per annum + benefits (negotiable on experience)

Role Overview: As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you'll play a pivotal role in the successful delivery of projects. Key Responsibilities:
• Execute precise and comprehensive cost estimations, procurement strategies, and tender procedures.

• Thoroughly assess and negotiate contracts with subcontractors and suppliers.

• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior members within the commercial team, fostering their professional development.
Requirements:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the construction industry, with a focus on major projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software.
- Membership of a relevant professional body (e.g., RICS) is advantageous.
