SalarySenior Quantity Surveyor Role
A vacancy for a Senior Surveyor has arisen to work for a well established Principal Contractor with over a hundred years of trading and who have a well renowned 'name' within the industry.
Their workload varies from £500k to £15m with clients from all industries including:
local authorities, housing associations, education, ecclesiastical and private clients.
The commercial team are generally office based, in the London Borough of Barking and 15 minutes walk from the station.
Contracts are generally within the M25 and the ideal candidate should be no further away than a 45 minute drive from the office.
The variety of work means that contracts are interesting and different and they are looking for a Senior Surveyor with good all round training.
Senior Surveyors must have the ability to remeasure accounts on all trades and be able to produce a bill of quantities from drawings regardless of the method of measurement.
As a Senior Surveyor you will be a key member of the commercial team and will be provided with full support, working with a QS, Assistant and reporting to the Director.
Remuneration is very attractive and dependent on the skills of the individual candidate.
