Senior Receptionist - Barrow-In-Furness

We are currently looking for an established Senior Receptionist to join our client and their extremely successful team in Barrow-In-Furness, Cumbria!

Working hours:

As a Senior Receptionist, you will be required to work full-time Monday – Friday

The successful Senior Receptionist will be offered:

• Up to a basic of up to £25,000
• Staff discount (after 6 months of service)
• Staff events

To be considered for the Senior Receptionist role you must have:

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role, with proven leadership experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, in a friendly and approachable manner.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• A positive attitude and a passion for providing outstanding service

As a Senior Receptionist, your role will involve:

• Serving as a mentor and role model for our reception team, providing guidance and support to ensure their success
• Overseeing daily operations at the front desk, including managing appointments, handling inquiries, and coordinating administrative tasks.
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
• Taking the lead in resolving any customer concerns or issues with professionalism and efficiency.
• Implementing best practices and procedures to optimise efficiency and enhance customer experience
• Contribute to a positive work environment by fostering a culture of teamwork, respect, and collaboration
