Sr. Manager of Human Resources Administration

$105,000 - $125,000 + Bonus + Benefits

Our client is one of the world's leading professional services firms. They have an amazing opportunity for an HR leader to join their business as Senior Manager of Human Resources Administration. This role will oversee the daily operations and workflow for all professional staff within the firm's Toronto office.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the workflow for all of the professional staff within the office.
• Troubleshoot the facilities.
• Enforce policies and procedures.
• Evaluate the performance of the assistants, synthesize additional feedback, and conduct annual performance review meetings.
• Assist with the onboarding process for lateral partner new hires to ensure a successful integration into the firm.
• Assist with the interview process for new professional staff within the Toronto office.
• Provide professional development, performance feedback, and coaching to assistants.
• Prepare annual operating and capital budgets for the office.
• Oversee the relationships with all third-party vendors.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• 3+ years of office administration experience.
• 2+ years of employee relations, recruiting, and onboarding.
• Extensive knowledge of Toronto, Ontario, and Canadian labor laws.
