About Our Client
A well established provider of care and support services across the UK. Looking to recruit Senior staff for their brand new 5 bed supported living rehab service.
Job Description
* Providing a positive impact on individuals lives
* Provide care and support to those adults living in their 5 bedded home
* Promote social inclusion, recovery, wellbeing and independence
* Take on senior tasks as guided by the Manager to ensure a safely run and efficient service
* Be involved in the development of the home
* As this is a new home this is your opportunity to be involved from the beginning
The Successful Applicant
* Previous experience in a similar capacity
* Experience of working with adults with mental health or learning disability
* Level 3 Diploma
* Experience of leading a team
What's on Offer
* Permanent Contract
* 35 Hours per Week
* £11.65/Hour
* Shifts to be covered: 8am-3pm, 3pm-10pm with Sleep In 10pm-8am on a rota
* Sleep Ins are paid additional at £44 per Sleep In
* New site to be opened mid-February - Induction to start beginning of February
