Saffron Vantage are currently looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our rapidly expanding team in our brand new office in Cambridge.

We are looking for a  SeniorRecruitment Consultant with a track record of billings in any industry.

You must have knowledge and experience in your sector.

The Role:

• Managing the process from interview to placement
• Account / Client management
• Proactively conducting warm / cold sales to generate business
• Contract negotiating
• Collating timesheets
• Basic admin duties

Starting salary: £28,000 per annum (dependent on experience) with a generous commission structure. Proof of billings to be required regardless of role.

OTE (On Target Earnings)

• 1st Year: £45k+ 2nd Year: £65k+ 3rd Year: £80k+. Uncapped commissions. Higher earnings can be achieved through exceptional candidates.
