Role Overview: As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in our company’s growth and success. You will be responsible for managing a hot desk, passing over £3k to £4k per week, and expanding our recruitment portfolio in the healthcare sector. We are seeking a driven and experienced professional with a proven track record of business development, relationship building, and consistent billing in both permanent and temporary recruitment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage a 360-degree recruitment desk, handling both client and candidate interactions.
• Develop new business opportunities and build strong relationships with clients and candidates.
• Win and service business independently, demonstrating proactive business development skills.
• Expand and manage a recruitment portfolio, driving revenue growth through high billing margins.
• Provide exceptional sales and service to clients, ensuring their recruitment needs are met efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve collective goals and contribute to the overall success of the company.
• Actively participate in training programs focused on complex care and mental health markets.
• Utilize strong sales and service skills to exceed targets and contribute to the company’s success.
Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in 360-degree recruitment, with a focus on the healthcare sector (non-framework).
• Proven track record of consistent billing in both permanent and temporary placements.
• Strong business development skills, with evidence of winning and servicing business independently.
• Excellent client and candidate-facing skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
• Experience in growing a recruitment portfolio and managing a team is highly desirable.
• Healthcare recruitment experience is essential.
• A driven and ambitious mindset, with a desire to succeed and grow within the company.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
