MONDAY - FRIDAY: 08.00 - 17.00 

£28,000 PER ANNUM + BONUS & INCENTIVES

People Solutions are recruiting for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to work in our Bristol branch to join our established team.

You will be working for a very successful family business which was established over 40 years ago with a thriving branch network.

This is a great opportunity to earn a good basic salary, depending on experience, along with uncapped on target earnings.

Working hours are 08:00 – 17.00, with some out of hours where required via an on-call mobile phone.

Day to Day Duties

• As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will be supplying temporary workers to a variety of clients in the local area
• This is a full 360 recruitment opportunity where you will be responsible for growing a portfolio of clients, both warm and cold, booking meetings with them and managing expectations
• Will involve some cold calling
• You will use social media and job boards to source suitable candidates for the jobs that you have picked up, arrange interviews and conduct interview coaching
• Lead generation through various sources
• Managing existing client's requirements
• Conducting client meetings
• Carrying out warm and cold sales calls
• Promoting People Solutions' services and recruitment
• Candidate registration and matching to suitable vacancies
• Client check ins within hours and out of hours
• Issuing of PPE and visiting sites for candidate feedback
• Use of out of hours mobile phone

Essential Skills

• Driving Licence & Own Transport
• Experience of working in a targeted, pressurised and fast paced environment
• Ability to multi-task
• Familiar with sales based activity
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• IT literate

Desirable Experience

Previous Recruitment Sector experience is desirable for this role

Training

• You will attend a paid induction based at our Head Office in Walsall
• Various other training sessions are given throughout your first few weeks including Compliance, Modern Slavery, Social Media and more!
