Locaiton: Manchester
Salary: Up to £45k basic dependent on experience (negotiable) + uncapped commission + benefits.
Search's Construction team in Manchester is growing and we're looking for an experienced Civil Engineeringg Recruitment Consultants to join us. We are looking for exceptiona,l talented people who want to succeed and at Search, we know what success looks like.
This is a great time to join us as we branch out and specialise within the division - it's an opportunity to be a niche expert and reap the rewards of a large recruitment agency. We already have a strong reputation with our clients within the construction industry for delivering quality individuals and honest advice, we are currently expanding the team and are keen to add at least 1 person into the Civil Engineering space. We have roles with clients to work on straight away.
The business and the candidates are there - we need the right person to join the team now and share our ambition to make this niche a sucess. What are we looking for:
- Proven track record of success within Civil Engineering recruitment
- Strong understanding of the Civil Engineering industry
- Strong sales and account management experience
- Career focused with a desire to quickly progress and driven by success
- Ability to nurture internal and external relationships
- Strong communication skills both verbally and written
- You must be ambitious, energetic, and hard working
