The Role
Responsible for the full recruitment cycle for commercial roles across the Greater Manchester area, you’ll be building relationships with clients and candidates through an unwavering focus on Customer Service. Targeted on performance and retention you’ll be given the autonomy to grow your desk and develop the offering to your clients, all whilst developing your career further.
Ideal Candidate

Requirements:
- 2 years’ experience in commercial recruitment
- Proven track record of achieving targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail
- Ambition to be successful
