Our specialism is perm recruitment in the engineering sectors. Our recent success has allowed for expansion and we are now in a position to take on 2 Senior Consultants. As a Senior Recruitment Consultant you must have the desire to grow the business and lead from the front.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
* Managing a proven desk that generated over £100,000 in perm revenue last year.
* Maximising the return on clients who are working with us.
* Successfully converting new business, whilst maintaining a great customer service for existing clients.
* Hitting and surpassing financial targets.
* Being able to always show a winning attitude.
* Develop an excellent relationship with candidates.
* Mentor junior consultants to help them achieve their full potential.
* Multi-task whilst maintaining high standards.
To be successful in this role you will:
* Excel under pressure, whilst keeping organised and focused.
* Have a positive attitude at all times.
* 24+ Months recruitment experience
* Be motivated and ambitious with a drive to succeed.
* Consistently deliver in a target driven industry.
* Display a proven track record of success.
* Have excellent communication skills.
