• Salary: £26,00 to £32,000 per annum (dependent on experience PLUS uncapped commission)
• Hours: Mon-Fri, 37.5 per week
• Contract: Full Time Permanent

You’ll join a well-established team including high achievers who will be happy to share their knowledge and provide support. The Business Support specialism covers a range of commercial vacancies from administrators and Receptionists to Customer Service Advisors, Sales Consultants and up to senior level managers.
Day-to-day of the role:
• Manage the full 360 recruitment cycle, ensuring a seamless process for both clients and candidates.
• Engage in strategic business development through B2B sales calls, written sales, and networking.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates, both virtually and face-to-face.
• Utilise LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools to map out clients and candidates effectively.
• Source and match candidates to a variety of commercial vacancies, arranging interviews and meetings.
• Negotiate and close deals, demonstrating strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment.
• Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Resilience and a dedication to succeed in a competitive environment.
• Ability to manage multiple demands and deliver service excellence in a fast-paced setting.
