We're experiencing major growth within our business - in fact this moment now is the most exciting time in our long 17-year history. We're adding another region and office to our portfolio and we want a high performing Senior Consultant to drive operations, working alongside our CEO and owner.
This is a once-in-a-career opportunity. You may be in a high-profile PLC recruitment company looking for career growth, more responsibilities and leadership or you could be at the very top of your game at a high performing SME and are ready to take on a new challenge. There's also the scenario where you may have come to the end of the road with said company and can't further your career due to their current hierarchy in situ. We've seen it before; you can your boss' role and are ready to break through the glass ceiling but you're being blocked. Rest assured, you won't have that problem here.

Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant
* Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
* Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
* A track record of success in filling senior-level roles.
