DB Charles have recently partnered with a successful construction recruitment business based in North West London that are actively working with DB Charles to find and hire a new Senior Recruitment Manager.
The business have seen strong growth in recent years and they are now looking for someone to steer the team and agency to the next level. The successful hire will join / manage a team of 9 people and have day to day duties including:
- Operational billing
- Identifying and onboarding new clients
- Working to the current business strategy + planning new future strategies
- Aiding in strategy meetings
- Budget versus costs duties
- People & team management
- Working towards revenue targets and other KPI's
- Adhering to company policies & legal guidelines
- Communicating with and dealing with external businesses and clients
- Business development
- Recruitment duties and activities
- Performance management
- Liaising with other internal personnel and teams
- Reporting
For this role, the client is seeking CV's with aspects of the following skill sets:
- A previous background as a senior recruiter / leader / director within Trades & Labour recruitment
- To re-iterate, the candidate must have trades and labour recruitment experience
- Highly experienced in temporary / high turnover recruitment
- Ability to demonstrate a career of developing new relationships and managing a large team
- Sales development skills
- Commercially aware
- Excellent costing / profit & loss skills
- Highly presentable
- Highly driven and motivated
- An opportunistic mindset
- Confident in reporting into Board Level leadership
- Ability to commit to a hybrid permanent role in North West London with UK travel to see clients required.
This is an exciting opportunity with a great recruitment business, the role will be Monday to Friday with working hours of 8:00am to 5:00pm with out of hours work likely. The role will offer hybrid working and with the broadness in scope of what the business is seeking to hire, they are considering candidates within a salary bracket ranging from £50,000 to £80,000 per annum base salary.
