SalaryHalcyon are proud to be working closely with a dynamic, professionally run company that provides accommodation and support to young people aged 16plus as well as residential care for children aged 8-17 across the Midlands to recruit a Senior Registered Manager to hold the Ofsted registration for the Supported living services across the West Midlands.
Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Senior Registered Manager will be responsible for overseeing the two Service Managers and in turn Seniors within each of the 12 services, ensuring each service meets the required criteria to be registered with Ofsted.
To be successful in this position, you’re expected to demonstrate an understanding of managing and supporting others and be able to evidence successful inspection ratings. You must be a confident, fair leader, with the ability to take control when needed and guide others to ensure the quality of the services is maintained, meeting the Ofsted Quality Standards. You will receive exceptional and ongoing support from a professional senior management team with years of experience.
In return for your full commitment to this position, you will be offered an annual salary of between £50,000 to £55,000 depending on your experience. You may be a CQC Registered manager with experience in children’s care or a Childrens Registered Manager and looking to move into Transitional services and wanting to commence your journey towards Operational Management.
