We are currently recruiting for a Senior Registered Nurse - Wards to join the theatre team at a prestigious private healthcare provider in the Coventry area

The main duties of the Senior Registered Nurse - Wards role include:
- Maintain consistent standards of patient care in line with established operational policies and procedures.
- Work towards elevating customer service and satisfaction for all service users while advocating for the well-being of Patients, Employees, and Consultants.
- Support and guide junior team members and step in as the substitute for the Sister/Charge Nurse as necessary.
- Ensure the delivery of personalized patient care, upholding exceptional individual care standards.
- Serve as an advocate for patient safety, demonstrating the courage to address any care-related concerns.
- Conduct yourself professionally according to the guidelines provided by the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) Codes of Professional Conduct and the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
What we are looking for in a successful candidate:
- Registered Nurse at level 1 with a Diploma or BSc in Nursing studies.
- Proof of pertinent clinical professional development, ideally demonstrated by RN certification with valid NMC Registration.
- Possession of Mentorship Qualification (ENB 998 or equivalent).
- Mathematics and English GCSE at grades A to C or equivalent evidence of functional skills level 2.
- Any appropriate level of post-registration experience.
