Senior Research Executive – Qualitative – Award Winning Insight Agency

This multi Award Winning strategic research & insights agency is keen to add a new mid-level person (SRE/RM level) with a strong background in qualitative research. Whilst the focus is on adding an SRE to the team they are very open to people that feel they are close to or have recently moved upto RM level. This is a mixed-method agency which means you will get the chance to work on qual only projects as well as working collaboratively with your quant colleagues on mixed projects.

As an SRE (SRE/RM) in this team you will get to work on a wide range of projects across sectors. From NPD, Brand, Comms and customer centric studies to deep exploratory pieces, the work always leans towards the more strategic than tactical.  

This is a company that gives people responsibility so as an SRE/RM you will:

• Run small/mid-sized projects from start to finish and play a key role in larger projects.
• Involvement in proposals.
• Take the lead on project set-up and planning.
• Be a main contact for clients and suppliers (with support from senior colleagues).
• Develop screeners and discussion guides.
• Conduct fieldwork.
• Analyse the findings and prepare deliverables (create the story).
• Support/Part present to clients.
• Delegate to and develop the skills of more junior colleagues.
• Get involved in New Business discussions.
• Develop industry knowledge and input into PR content for the company.
