Senior RLO
Based in South East London
Static project - for the time being need to be flexible to move
Need to have a full valid drivers license + own car
We are looking to recruit an experienced Senior Resident Liaison preferably with experience in supervising social housing / maintenance projects. This role could also suit an experienced RLO looking for the next step up in their career.
Roles and responsibilities for this position include -
- Set up, undertake and manage the Tenant/Customer/Resident Liaison Service across multiple sites in the London and surrounding areas
- Attend regular client representative and tenant meetings to ensure highest level of customer service is provided at all times.
- Ensure a consistent approach to customer care is adopted by all RLOs across the contract.
- Monitor and identify the recruitment, training and development of RLOs.
- Manage the Tenant's Complaints procedures as a point of escalation.
- Maintain and update the on-site Database to reflect on-going works.

Happy to travel as projects will move around
Client facing - professional - able to work to a high standard

8am till 5pm
