Our client is a well established Cheshire-based law firm that specialises in residential conveyancing and has an exceptional profile.
Your new role
As a Senior Residential Conveyancing Solicitor, you will play a crucial role in managing complex property transactions. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Conveyancing: Handling a caseload of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
2. Client Management: Building strong relationships with clients, estate agents, and other stakeholders.
3. Legal Advice: Providing expert legal advice on property-related matters.
4. Supervision: Overseeing junior solicitors and support staff within the conveyancing department.
5. Compliance: Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and procedures.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a well-seasoned residential conveyancing solicitor, ideally 5 years PQE. You will have strong technical knowledge of property law and conveyancing process.
