Role: French-speaking Executive & Social Media Assistant
Days: Monday – Friday
Hours: 8.30am – 5.30pm (with flexibility)
Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 GPA DOE
Location: Mayfair

We are excited to be working on this lovely opportunity to help support the CEO of a private equity firm with investments in beauty, sustainable energy and other industries. I must be a fluent French & English speaker, computer-literate with strong knowledge of all Microsoft and Apple office products with excellent administrative skills.
You will be supporting the CEO in his diary and inbox management, helping to book appointments and arranging worldwide travel. You will be responsible for assisting with arranging board meetings and AGMs, putting together presentations and board packs, taking minutes and following up with action points etc.
The CEO will require occasional support in his private life, from managing his children’s schedules to booking some private appointments and property management.
Knowledge or experience with Social Media marketing, strategy & content management will be advantageous.
This is a Monday to Friday role based in the office. This is an exciting opportunity for a switched-on, diligent and proactive Executive Assistant looking for progression.

To be considered for this role you must:
- Have a minimum of 3+ years’ experience as an EA, PA or Similar
- Be eligible to work in the UK
- Have excellent contactable references
- Have fluent French & English and strong communication skills
- Be degree educated or highly educated
- Confident in Microsoft and Apple office products and ideally have experience with some of the following: Hootsuite, Later, Sprout, Planoly Sprinklr, Dash Hudson. Loomly, MS Office, Youtube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Google Analytics, Loomly
