Overview:
We are seeking a talented Social Media Specialist to join our sales and marketing team . Based in our London flagship store situated behind Selfridges you must be passionate about Social Media and have a flair for creative content creation. You will also be helping with customer sales so must be interested in people and be confident and friendly .
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement Social Media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Create engaging content for various Social Media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Monitor Social Media channels for trends and opportunities to engage with the audience.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align Social Media campaigns with overall marketing goals.
- Analyze Social Media data and metrics to track the success of campaigns and make recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Social Media trends and best practices.
- Sales experience and genuine interest in helping customers find the perfect dress.
Skills:
- Proven experience in Social Media management and content creation.
- Strong understanding of public relations principles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
