An amazing opportunity for an Office Assistant to work for a dynamic, design-led developer and strategic consultancy working in commercial property. The role is based in London, W1. This is a huge opportunity for the right person to work in a small and creative enterprise.
Responsibilities include general office administration, being the first point of call to visitors, coordinating events such as team lunches, quarterly dinners, seasonal parties, workshops and outings. The CEO will require support with diary management. You will be responsible for procurement of all studio supplies, maintenance of art collection – cataloguing and overseeing hanging of new works. You will be involved in coordinating meetings and workshops as well as doing some research and writing. Facilities coordination will also be within your remit. They are also looking for someone who can create quarterly Social Media plans for all their initiatives, be able to generate engaging and inspiring Social Media content from taking the brief to final design. You will coordinate and grow their Social Media channels.
You will need proficient knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, in particular, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop as well as Microsoft 365. The company are seeking someone who has an interest in architecture, design, visual arts and the built environment. You will need to be naturally curious, a self-starter, have a positive attitude, be responsive, have a good eye for detail and be happy to muck in with whatever needs doing.
