We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Admin Assistant Intern to join our marketing team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about engaging with audiences, building a brand voice, and driving Social Media initiatives. As a Social Media Admin Assistant, you will be responsible for managing our clients Social Media platforms, interacting with our community, and contributing to our content creation process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with our Audience: Promptly reply to comments across all Social Media platforms, fostering a positive community and enhancing our brand voice.
- Content Scheduling: Use Social Media management tools to schedule posts, ensuring consistent and timely content delivery.
- Monthly Reporting: Compile data into monthly reports using the provided template to track engagement, growth, and other key performance indicators.
- Caption Creation: Craft compelling captions that resonate with our audience and align with our brand voice.
- Weekly Content Planning: Develop and write detailed weekly content plans, aligning with our marketing strategy and campaign goals.
- Research trends and Reference Sourcing: Assist in researching and sourcing references for content creation, ensuring accuracy and relevance to each given brand.
- Some Editing and Filming Support: Not essential, but would be a great plus to possess a basic understanding of content editing and filming, assisting with content creation as needed.
- Giveaway management: Contact winners, and log winner data on a spreadsheet
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Social Media management or a similar role.
- Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to adopt the company’s brand voice.
- Experience with Social Media scheduling tools
- Ability to analyze data and generate meaningful reports.
- Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of photo and video editing software is a plus.
- Team player with the ability to work independently.
