To do this as the franchisor, we are obliged to deliver an optimum service to our franchise network.
FASTSIGNS is part of Propelled Brands who are proactively looking to enhance its business portfolio in the UK.
We are seeking an enthusiastic Business and Marketing Administrator to help deliver our day-to-day service to our franchisee network, supporting the marketing department and assisting with admin-related tasks required by the UK Support Team. This is a versatile role, which offers the candidate the opportunity to support our business in many areas. The ideal candidate will be positive, engaging, and consistently hardworking with a can-do attitude.
Daily responsibilities will be split 70% Marketing and 30% Administration and will include but are not limited to:
Marketing:
- Supporting the Marketing Manager to implement the marketing planning, implementing and monitoring of marketing campaigns
- Composing & posting online content on the UK social media channels, representing our franchise network and suppliers effectively
- Supporting with copywriting of blogs, case studies, and email communications
- Building and maintaining reporting for company emailing and maintaining data integrity within operating programmes
- Co-ordinating design and distribution of fortnightly, internal newsletter communications
- Maintaining marketing report filing and sharing with the franchise network
- Assist in and oversee PR activity between the Marketing agency and Franchise network
- Liaising with Supply Chain from a Marketing perspective
- Maintaining the Marketing filing systems
Administration:
- Supporting the organisation and delivery of UK events
- Support in outbound calling to franchise candidates
- Completing weekly and monthly admin tasks
About You:
Essential:
- Computer literate
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Have a keen eye for attention to detail
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Enthusiastic and friendly manner, with the ability to work within a team
- Have the ability to work independently with a proactive approach
- The ability to use and manage a variety of social media platforms
- Proven ability to display creativity
Desired:
- Experience with design programs such as Canva
- Experience in Marketing
- Experience in Business Administration
- Experience using email marketing platforms
