As a Social Media Assistant, you will be working alongside Julius Dein’s Social Media Management team by doing admin tasks such as data entry, uploading and scheduling posts, monitoring, and engaging on various platforms - Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Snapchat.
To be a successful Social Media Assistant on Julius Dein’s team, you must have excellent time management, a fun and positive attitude, and an impeccable work ethic.
Requirements:
- We want you on our team if you are:
- An upbeat person with great communication and customer service skills - you can easily change your conversation style when responding to different types of people on Social Media platforms.
- You love the online community and have a deep knowledge of Social Media platforms.
- You are eager to learn new tools and processes.
- You have excellent organizational skills.
- You have a keen attention to detail with a high level of accuracy - you can easily spot grammatical errors and other mistakes.
- You are great at time management and can juggle multiple tasks.
- You are flexible and a team player - you can work with little supervision and work effectively with others.
- You can work between 9 am and 5 pm (UK time) with the future possibility of more flexible hours.
Responsibilities:
- Upload and schedule content on all Social Media platforms (Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Snapchat)
- Check content for spelling mistakes & and glitches before uploading, flagging with the Social Media Manager if there are any issues.
- Engage with and reply to comments.
- Monitor the direct message inboxes.
- Utilize Facebook's "invite to follow" feature on all content.
- Assist the Social Media Manager with any other requested duties.
