Senior Residential Conveyancer (SRA / CILEX / CLC)
Location: Redditch, Worcestershire
Salary: From £35k + Excellent Benefits
Full - Time, 4 days a week, 8:30am - 5:30pm
The Client:
Our client is a well-established law firm, delivering exceptional legal services in property matters, including conveyancing, remortgaging, transfers of equity, lease extensions.
The Role:
As a Senior Residentialconveyancer / solicitor, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing residential property matters from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
* Manage property sales (registered and unregistered, leasehold, freehold, shared ownership).
* Handle re-mortgaging processes.
* Execute transfers of equity.
* Administer equity release procedures.
* Assist with right to buy transactions.
* Manage lease extensions.
Requirements:
* Previously worked as a solicitor, conveyancer, Lawyer or in a similar role.
* Possess 3 years PQE in residential conveyancing.
* Holds relevant qualifications (SRA, CILEX, CLC, etc.).
* Skilled in IT.
