Senior Residential Conveyancer (SRA / CILEX / CLC)

Location: Redditch, Worcestershire

Salary: From £35k + Excellent Benefits

Full - Time, 4 days a week, 8:30am - 5:30pm

The Client:

Our client is a well-established law firm, delivering exceptional legal services in property matters, including conveyancing, remortgaging, transfers of equity, lease extensions.

The Role:

As a Senior Residentialconveyancer / solicitor, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing residential property matters from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

-Manage property sales (registered and unregistered, leasehold, freehold, shared ownership).
-Handle re-mortgaging processes.
-Execute transfers of equity.
-Administer equity release procedures.
-Assist with right to buy transactions.
-Manage lease extensions.

Requirements:

-Previously worked as a solicitor, conveyancer, Lawyer or in a similar role.
-Possess 3 years PQE in residential conveyancing.
-Holds relevant qualifications (SRA, CILEX, CLC, etc.).
-Skilled in IT.
