Job: Senior Residential Support Worker - Children's Home
Location: Northampton
Salary: £27,378 (Plus Sleep-In Enhancement £6,500)
Contract: Full-time, Permanent (40 hours per week)

As a Senior Residential Support Worker, your role encompasses:
* Leading and delivering direct care in a residential setting, setting a high standard for support and guidance.

Qualifications and Requirements:
* Previous experience in residential care, especially in a leadership or senior role, is advantageous.

* Exceptional interpersonal skills, nurturing positive relationships with children, colleagues, and external experts.
* Resilience, poise, and a composed demeanour in challenging scenarios.
* Unwavering dedication to the welfare and safeguarding of young individuals.
* Flexibility to adapt to shifts, including evenings and weekends.
* Minimum age requirement of 21 years (as per legislative stipulations).
